What HE said.

Ok, so we're looking for new digs, and red is a fairly rare house color, so I might wanna start thinking about a new name/theme for my blog, and the first thing that comes to mind is Cabbages and Kings, which you'll recognize from the story of the Walrus and the Carpenter, by Lewis Caroll (Found in Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Saw There, 1872). I love all things Alice, and the Walrus and the Carpenter especially, and the term cabbages and kings embodies the random, fanciful and surreal aspect of the book that I appreciate so much. Unfortunately, this guy likes it too. Check out his piece on Brit culture. He got it all right. I just might forgive him for having my idea first.
